\nHow do you think you could differentiate your instruction so that all your students understand the 6+1 trait of organization?","replyPages":[{"page":0,"digests":[{"id":"55443200","body":"You could break the students up into 7 groups and have each group make a digital story on one of the traits or pair the students to have them create a digital story critiqueing a piece of writing and have them rewrite at a 5 score level.
\n
\nYou could differentiate instruction by allowing all the students to not only see, but to hear, and interact with the words. Giving them options on how they respond to a question (a rap, digital story, poem, prose, video, etc) wil help reach all learners","dateCreated":"1342642583","smartDate":"Jul 18, 2012","userCreated":{"username":"wahl8805","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/wahl8805","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"}},{"id":"55458856","body":"Well, digitial storytelling can really focus on anything. I used the provided templates that were presented in class to organize exactly what I needed in my digital story book and I think that this would help students organize very well.
\n
\nThere are so many different ways to allow your students to be able to understand organization. Most students may not want to do them at first, however with inclusion of technology you can start to sway their interest and overall help their writing.","dateCreated":"1342750242","smartDate":"Jul 19, 2012","userCreated":{"username":"nick9278","url":"https:\/\/www.wikispaces.com\/user\/view\/nick9278","imageUrl":"https:\/\/ssl.wikicdn.com\/i\/user_none_lg.jpg"}}],"more":0}]}],"more":false},"comments":[]},"http":{"code":200,"status":"OK"},"redirectUrl":null,"javascript":null,"notices":{"warning":[],"error":[],"info":[],"success":[]}}
